Distributed AI Compute —
We Go Where the Power Is

Nodiac's platform provides immediate access to grid + clean power for AI Compute by going where the power already exists. We deliver near-term capacity by colocating modular data centers at existing sites. Combining stranded renewable energy with 24/7 grid draw without waiting in line.

WCI: A confidence-weighted score based on the MW we can reliably bring online, adjusted for hyperscaler presence and connectivity.

How We Score: Proximity signals: Regions, AWS Local Zones, Azure/GCP Edge POPs, NOVA adjacency. Status weights: Yes = 1, Planned = 1, Likely = 0.5. Weights: Region ×5; AWS Local Zone ×1; Azure/GCP Edge POP ×1; NOVA adjacency ×3 per provider (MD/DC).

Scoring Formulas: Proximity = (Σ status-weighted Regions × 5) + (LZ × 1) + (Edge POPs × 1) + (NOVA × 3 per provider). WCI = Conservative MW × (1 + 0.15 × Proximity + 0.05 × Fiber) + Conservative Average Project.

Fiber: 0 = Sparse/rural, 1 = Strong secondary metros, 2 = Core hubs (dense interconnection).

Value Proposition

Trad data center builds are both power and timeline constrained. Nodiac delivers near-term capacity by placing modular pods where the power is, at the existing generation site. We handle land, interconnection, power, and local permitting; hyperscalers bring GPUs, racks/containers, network, and workload orchestration.

Speed to Capacity

Distribution-level interconnects shorten critical paths for 1–10 MW increments; aggregate portfolios quickly.

Resilient & Lower-Carbon

Co-located with renewables and near dispatchable resources to support 24×7 supply objectives.

Footprint

Many states and utility territories for training, inference, compute at the edge, and cloud storage

Flexible Commercial Models

Powered-shell, turnkey colocation, or JV structures to fit partner needs.

How It Works

00 – Connect Renewables

Nodiac integrates directly with on-site solar, wind, or battery systems to tap stranded power at the source.

01 – Deploy

Modular AI boxes delivered on-site.

02 – Stabilize

Nodiac's power quality layer conditions incoming electricity.

03 – Orchestrate

DERMS syncs compute demand with available green power.

04 – Track & Scale

Real-time data enables carbon tracking, uptime analysis, and scaling decisions.

Commercial Models

Powered Shell

Nodiac delivers utility interconnect, switchgear, power & cooling shells; partner brings racks/containers and network.

Turnkey Colocation

We provide white space, power, cooling, and operations; customer consumes GPU hours or leases capacity.

JV Structure

For strategic deployments with IPPs/utilities/hyperscalers; shared economics and roadmap alignment.

Methodology & Assumptions

Portfolio Inputs

• State-level aggregation from Fleet Sites Validated data.
• Project size range directly from Nodiac site information data.
• Averages computed as High MW ÷ project count.
• Provider presence sourced from a curated Provider Catalog.

How We Score

Proximity signals: Regions, AWS Local Zones, Azure/GCP Edge POPs, NOVA adjacency.
Status weights: Yes/Planned = 1.0, Likely = 0.5, No = 0.0
Fiber tiers: 2 = Core hubs, 1 = Secondary metros, 0 = Sparse/rural.

Scoring Formulas

Proximity = (Σ status-weighted Regions × 5) + (LZ × 1) + (Edge POPs × 1) + (NOVA × 3 per provider)
WCI = Conservative MW × (1 + 0.15 × Proximity + 0.05 × Fiber) + Conservative Average Project
