Smaller. Modular. Friendlier.Data centers, done differently.

Nodiac develops and operates small, modular data centers adjacent to existing power assets. Capacity for AI Clouds, new revenue for power producers, and growth that gives back to local communities.

Built on existing power infrastructure

We build where firm grid power, fiber, and land already exist, so sites energize without waiting on new transmission.

01

We go where the power is

We screen the grid for substations and generation sites with headroom today, then develop on that firm grid power.

Standardized designs

Modules are factory-built, trucked in, and installed in months. The same design repeats at every site, and a regional cluster of sites runs as one fleet.

Working with local power partners

We develop with utilities, co-ops, and IPPs as partners.

Built on $26B+ in energy projects

Our team developed, financed, and operated power assets at Greenbacker, Acciona Energy, and Invenergy, and built and scaled the supercharging network at Tesla. We've run interconnection, permitting, and utility relationships hundreds of times. We scaled the infrastructure behind distributed renewables and EV charging, and we're now building the sites that AI compute needs.

Supporting the communities we build in

Minimizing impacts

Each site is around one to five acres, sometimes smaller. Most modules are pre-built off-site and delivered by truck, and construction typically lasts 4 to 8 months. We target standard conversation-level noise at the nearest residence and use dark-sky shielded lighting.

Maximizing benefit

Nodiac works with our neighbors to give back, supporting the local programs communities care about. We aim to benefit each community we engage with.
